DEKOREX® vitrified digital paint
The digital printing of Graphics, pictures, photographs or motifs is directly sent from the PC to the special digital colour printing system where it is vitrified. The glass thermal treatment, by the so called tempering process, gives the glass resistance and permanent colour.
Facades with several square meters combined with multicoloured glasses in which each glass is individually made, with vitrified digitalized pictures, which looked impossible to make until recent times, or at least, very expensive, today is a reality thanks to digital printing. This process makes glass products unique so appealing by their versatility in solution as well as by their price. By doing so, company headquarters and offices acquire a contemporary and elegant design by stressing their corporative image.
Glass thickness from 4 mm, eight basic colours, which can be combined between them, as well as white and black, besides several special colours. All common formats can be used (PDF, PS, EPS, TIF, BMP and JPG) with a minimum resolution of 360 dpi.
Effective cost
Comparatively to canvas printing, the price of digital printing on glass is considerably low; therefore, it allows the production of small series of personalised projects.

AThe innovative digital printing on glass is appropriate to each type of thermally treated glass (TEMPREX®, TEMPREX® HST e TERMEX®), which can also be used in an endless of different projects, whether indoors or outdoors.

• Estabilidad: Vidrio térmicamente tratado (TEMPREX, TEMPREX HST, TERMEX).
• Espesor de vidrio: 4-12 mm (otros espesores bajo consulta).
• Medida máxima del vidrio: 2.800 x 6.000 mm.
• Medida mínima del vidrio: 100 x 251 mm.
• La resolución de impresión: a partir de 360 dpi.
Colores: 8 colores básicos y un efecto ácido, combinables y templables (e incluso negro, blanco y diferentes colores especiales).
Formato de imagen: todos los formatos gráficos más populares incluido PDF, PS, EPS, TIF, BMP y JPG.
Al escoger DEKOREX tenga en consideración
• El vidrio debe ser templado para unión ideal de vidrio y color.
• El resultado final de calidad de impresión, depende de la calidad de imagen, escoja imágenes con elevada resolución. Dependiendo de la medidas de cada unidad, las imágenes deben ser digitalmente preparadas, preferentemente vectoriales.
